Not only does it keep them healthy, but also builds resilience to move through tough times as they get older. Like any muscle, the more you work it, the stronger it gets. Games, puzzles, contests, movies, etc. provides lots of options to laugh together. If you’re already doing family night, add another night. If you only do it when you can fit it in, make it more often. Laughter is very powerful tool. Show them how to do it often and they’ll navigate just fine when they have their own mortgage 😊
